By downloading or using Banana Rooftops, you agree to these terms.

License

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the game on compatible devices for your own enjoyment, subject to the Apple App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your purchase.

One purchase, full game

Banana Rooftops is sold as a paid app. One purchase includes the full game. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.

Payments, refunds and reinstalling

The store where you bought the game handles payment, refunds and access to the purchased app under its own rules. On a compatible device, you can reinstall the game without buying it again when you use the same store account that made the purchase. A purchase entitlement does not transfer to another store account or platform.

Progress

Progress and settings are stored locally on the device. Reinstalling the purchased app does not guarantee that saved progress will be restored or transferred to another device.

Ownership

The game's code, artwork, audio, design and other content belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the game or its content to you.

Updates and availability

The game may be updated, changed or discontinued over time. Updates may require a compatible device or a supported version of its operating system.

Warranty and consumer rights

The game is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
